Time tracking is a new use of our check – we are looking for the first businesses. We are early, and the system is flexible: whatever your business needs, we build it in.
The check runs every day at our machines in Vienna. At the staff door it is the same technology: ID once, then the face.
How it works

Customers and staff with the same check – staff clock in and out on the way.
Look for the chip symbol: passports and ID cards with this symbol carry the chip we read – for 112 issuing states, including all 27 EU states.
- Register onceWith passport, ID card or ID Austria and face – voluntary, with consent.
- Clock in and out by faceStart and end of work are recorded. The old stamp card can go.
- The list for youTimes per person, as an export for payroll for example – we build the format with you.
- Access at your timesThe door opens for staff only at the times you set.

What you get
- Device at the entrance: NFC reader and camera, the same check as at our machines.

- The door: Electric door opener, smart lock or turnstile – we sort out the connection with you and a partner.
Questions
- Is this allowed?
- Face recognition for employees needs their consent; if there is a works council, its agreement too. Best clarify this beforehand with your legal advisor – we deliver the technology and adapt it.
- What is stored?
- A number code of the face on the device, no photo – and the times. For how long, we agree with you.
- What does it cost?
- There are no software or licence fees; you only pay for the hardware – and we discuss that openly with you.
- Does it work for …?
- Yes. Every business needs something different – guest forms, shift times, age limits, its own locks. Tell us what you need; it is usually quick to build.
